We offer a 30 day product guarantee to make certain that customers are happy with our products.

Authorization is required from us by email at sales@aussiepcandsoftware.com.au, or Ph: 0403 328 903 before returning any purchase

For the return of new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, Aussie PC and Software will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping.

Where software is neither faulty nor defective  or the seal is broken, the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.

Electronic delivery – Aussie PC and Software will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with.

When verified, Aussie PC and Software will refund the purchase price of the product through the original payment method.
